DIREKT Evidence Requirements

Requirement model

Each evidence requirement defines:

  • stable ID and version;
  • provider/category applicability;
  • check it supports;
  • accepted document/evidence classes;
  • mandatory fields;
  • issuing authority/source;
  • validity/expiry rule;
  • capture quality rules;
  • review checklist;
  • public claim and limitation;
  • retention class;
  • alternative path and appeal.

General evidence quality

  • complete and readable;
  • unaltered enough for review;
  • identity/business names reasonably match;
  • dates and issuing body visible;
  • file type/size within limit;
  • no unrelated sensitive pages requested;
  • current where policy requires;
  • submitted by authorized provider member.

Evidence classes

Contact

OTP or controlled verification of phone/email.

Identity

Approved identity document or lawful equivalent, with masking and restricted access.

Business

Registration/search result, organization document or lawful alternative. Business registration is not professional competence.

Qualification/licence

Trade certificate, professional registration, permit or category-specific source.

Location

Consented map pin, structured directions, premises imagery, utility/tenancy evidence only where necessary, or field visit.

Field

Assignment-bound visit checklist, time/location metadata, permitted photos and agent attestation.

Alternative paths

Informal providers must not be excluded merely for lacking irrelevant documents. However, alternatives must support the same scoped claim and risk level. Example: a mobile sole trader may prove identity, qualification and private operating base without claiming a registered storefront.

Prohibited collection

Do not collect:

  • entire document sets “just in case”;
  • customer household documents for ordinary search;
  • unrelated family data;
  • passwords;
  • continuous location;
  • sensitive characteristics not required by law/purpose.

Changes

Requirement changes are versioned. Existing approved checks follow transition policy rather than silent retroactive invalidation.
