Goal

Upgrade the existing DIREKT native Android app and responsive customer/provider PWA to the owner-approved Lively Trust Marketplace visual standard while preserving every working product, backend, authentication, authorization, trust, privacy, enquiry, Saved, provider, operations and integration contract.

The goal was not complete when source code existed. Completion required:

  • exact-head regression checks;
  • Android and PWA screenshot review;
  • correction of visible clipping, overlap and compact-layout defects;
  • merge to main;
  • canonical Cloud Run deployment;
  • verification of the public PWA, BFF/session, private API, PWA/offline and privacy boundaries;
  • an owner test entry.

The repository lane is released only through the companion WORKSTREAM_LOCK.md closure receipt; this document does not independently claim write authority.

  • participant WhatsApp, FCM or email delivery;
  • participant Maps or telemetry;
  • production AI;
  • real money;
  • Phase 11 completion;
  • formal Phase 12 production release.

No generic Verified provider claim, concept-only rating, insurance state, trust score, provider response or setting was added without canonical product data and behavior.
