Entry rules

For every new evidence item:

  1. assign a unique ID;
  2. identify method and segment without names;
  3. identify broad geography only;
  4. classify the evidence;
  5. summarize observation separately from interpretation;
  6. link affected assumptions;
  7. record contradictions and limitations;
  8. record the next action;

Evidence-quality review

Before Phase 1A exit, the research lead must confirm:

  • every critical decision links to evidence IDs;
  • official facts have current source dates;
  • participant claims are not presented as legal facts;
  • one participant is not treated as a market conclusion;
  • contradictory evidence remains visible;
  • public notes cannot reasonably identify participants;
  • findings distinguish customers, provider categories and operating areas;
  • research gaps are either resolved or explicitly accepted by the owner.
