Gates

Targets begin in PRD/performance budgets and are refined after baseline. No optimization that weakens authorization, privacy or correctness.

Resilience

Slow/failed map, SMS, payment, storage, notification and database failover/restart. Validate timeouts, backoff, circuit/degradation and no duplicate side effects.
