Use:

Avoid:

  • “Fully verified”
  • “Guaranteed professional”
  • “100% safe”
  • “DIREKT certified” unless DIREKT truly issues a certification
  • “Government approved”
  • “Trusted” without supporting context
  • “Near you” when only a declared service area matches

State copy examples

Submitted

“Your document was submitted. It is not yet approved and will not create a public verification claim.”

Action required

“We could not complete the qualification check. Upload a clear document showing your full name, qualification and issuing institution.”

Expired

“This qualification check expired on 12 June 2026. The provider may still offer services, but this check is no longer current.”

Location permission denied

“You can still search DIREKT. Choose an area manually; your device location is optional.”

External contact handoff

“You are leaving DIREKT to contact this provider. Keep the enquiry reference and avoid sharing unnecessary personal information.”

Errors

Format:

  1. what failed;
  2. whether data was saved;
  3. what the user can do;
  4. support reference for non-recoverable cases.

Never expose stack traces, internal IDs or security rules.

Dates and money

  • use unambiguous dates;
  • include currency code where confusion is possible;
  • avoid relative dates alone for expiry;
  • store UTC and localize display.
