DIREKT Abuse and Moderation

Abuse surfaces

Profiles, portfolio, enquiries, reviews, provider responses, reports, support attachments, account names and location fields.

Controls

  • controlled categories/fields;
  • rate limits;
  • blocked content/links where justified;
  • report controls;
  • interaction eligibility;
  • moderation queues;
  • account/provider restrictions;
  • appeals;
  • evidence preservation;
  • transparency wording.

Priority

Immediate danger/threats, fraud/impersonation, identity exposure, harassment/hate, illegal services, spam/manipulation and ordinary content disputes.

Moderator safety

Limit exposure, provide escalation and avoid requiring staff to download unsafe files.

Automation

Automation may prioritize/flag but does not make irreversible high-impact decisions without accountable human review, unless narrowly defined emergency controls apply.

Fairness

Apply rules consistently, record reasons and permit appropriate appeal.
